If this has already been said to this lady, god help ya:(

"Riding lessons, by definition, are agricultural in nature. Children from the suburbs and cities rarely or never see agriculture. Most Horse Riding School establishments are based in rural areas. Where they are in urban areas, the ambiance alone evokes the term agriculture. Horse manure has a rich, evocative scent (smiling) which at the very least teaches the child about where compost comes from. Compost does not grow on trees, or come from the shopping mall. When the Riding School is out in the rural area, the drive to the establishment allow the child to see farms, farm land with crops, and farm animals. These sights alone can help the child pique an interest in something other than (insert name of video game here). Agriculture comes in many forms, all of which involve long hours of hard work, 24/7 responsibility and dedication to the animals' welfare. The exercise factor, coupled with learning how to kindly control an animal much larger than your self, is again, the very definition of farming. It is indeed, how farming began. Without the horse and cow, we would not have much going for us now."
And another thing..
"There is a shortage of qualified agricultural workers born in this country. Perhaps, we could encourage and foster jobs and knowledge in this sector that is long over due. Since we plan to continue to use animals, perhaps we should be learning how to handle them properly, at an earlier age. There is no better place to learn about animals, than at a properly managed Riding School."

Eh? But Farmers get no help, at least in my country.
Horses are such a gray area with government. Livestock?
